The breakfast was the best we've had in Italy, with fresh pastries and local cheeses! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Only downside was the tricky stairs to get there 🙈.

The stairs leading up to the hotel are challenging, especially if you have heavy luggage. although we booked spa treatments, we were surprised to find we had to pay extra to use the spa facilities.

Unfortunately, shower products were often not replenished during our multi-night stay, and the hotel was a bit tricky to reach from the parking area, requiring a lengthy walk. the lack of proper wine glasses detracted slightly from the overall experience.
